be noted that this may vary due to acquisitions and disposals depending
on the requirements of individual projects. In accordance with a
policy to rationalize the use of the more general types of heavy
equipment, an inter-company pool of mobile plant has been created,
to be used by all members of the group required.
Al Madar plant & transportation division primarily establish take
care of minor tools & light vehicles but today its operating as
independent division with well equipped offices with professional
staffs.
Product Introductory: Plant & transportation have sufficient machinery
tools from minor tools to heavy earth moving equipments with fully
optioned workshop with qualified mechanics. The list of equipment
is attached.
The division utilizing its resources / machinery by receiving contract
works such as excavation, backfilling where heavy equipment / machinery
can generate revenue.
Human Resource Capacity: Al Madar Transportation division management
structure consist of 1 manager background with mechanical engineering
who have 25 years of experience in field of heavy equipment management
& operation.
Qualified Accountant with transport officer & traffic officer, store
keeper, safety officer to carry on the job compliance with ISO 9001:2000
QMS policies & procedures as well govt. regulations.
The team consist of 40 nos. of drivers, 26 no. of operators, 8 nos.
of mechanics, 3 nos. of assistant to carry out any delicate projects,
equipments or machinery.
Plant Dept. Equipment / Workshop & Transportation :
Mechanical, electrical repairs, monitoring plant, maintenance schedules,
alternations, denting, painting as well maintenance. Workshop general
arrangement is:

Yard Area: 1700 m2
